We take on the coordination as general contractor. You sign one contract with us and have one point of contact. We commission the specialist contractors from our network, align their work and keep things orderly, from the survey through to handover.
As a result, the process stays manageable for you and the trades' work fits together.

Yes, we take on renovations of every kind. That ranges from refurbishing individual rooms to full renovation. Tell us about your project and we will tell you what is possible.
What does a renovation project with you look like?
We begin with a conversation and a survey on site. After that, we plan the approach with you, commission the specialist contractors, coordinate the trades and supervise the work. At the end there is a joint handover.
Can I combine renovation and energy-efficient modernisation?
Yes, that often makes sense. If building work is being done anyway, energy-efficiency measures can easily be carried out at the same time. We are happy to advise you and, if you wish, liaise with your energy consultant.
