Renovation from a single source
As general contractor, we take on energy-efficient renovation, fire and water damage restoration, sustainable renovation, and renovation and modernisation of every kind. We plan, commission the specialist contractors and coordinate the execution.
WHAT WE OFFER
Five services, one standard
Three areas form the core: energy-efficient renovation, fire damage restoration and water damage restoration. We also take on sustainable, ecological renovation and the renovation and modernisation of existing buildings of every kind in Berlin and Brandenburg.
The same standard applies to every job: inspect carefully, have the work carried out to a professional standard, document transparently. You sign one contract with us, and specialist contractors from our network carry out the work. One dedicated point of contact coordinates the trades and sees you through to handover.

HOW WE WORK
From first conversation to handover
Four steps lead to the finished property. That way you know where you stand at every stage.
1. Initial conversation and survey
You tell us what you need by phone, WhatsApp, email or contact form. We inspect your property on site and record its condition.
2. Planning and commissioning
We plan the renovation, prepare your quotation and commission suitable specialist contractors from our network. You sign a single contract, with us.
3. Site management and monitoring
We coordinate the trades, monitor deadlines and quality, and keep you informed. Your point of contact stays the same.
4. Handover
We go through the result with you and hand over the renovated property together with the documentation.
