ABOUT US
Renovation you can understand
We are a general contractor for renovations, based in Berlin-Zehlendorf. You have one contract and one dedicated point of contact; we coordinate everything else.
WHO WE ARE
Professional, sustainable, dependable
Whether the problem is energy loss, fire or water damage, Sparbau BB GmbH (BB stands for Berlin Brandenburg) takes on the renovation of existing buildings in Berlin and Brandenburg as general contractor.
We work for people who want to preserve or modernise a building, or to restore it after damage. That includes private homeowners, public sector clients, developers and architects.
We aim for renovations that preserve value, save energy and keep costs over the building’s lifetime in view. To get there, we favour sustainable solutions and the preservation of existing building fabric.
Specialist contractors from our network carry out the work. We plan the renovation, commission them, coordinate and supervise the work, and are answerable to you for the result. For you, it stays one contract and one point of contact.

One contract, one point of contact: we coordinate all trades from planning to handover.
OUR REGION
At home in Berlin and Brandenburg
We are based in Berlin-Zehlendorf, in the south-west of the city. From here we look after renovations across Berlin and in Brandenburg.
The building stock ranges from Berlin’s period apartment buildings to single-family homes in the surrounding area, and every property has its own requirements. That is why we first inspect damage and renovation needs on site.
OUR STANDARD
After a renovation, we want you to leave the building site behind and think about your home again.
